Terms of Service
Effective [date]
These terms govern the services provided by Relentless Scout LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Signal & Forma.
1. What we provide
We provide strategic analysis of how an individual is perceived online by human readers and by AI systems. Services include the Identity Audit, the Identity Rebuild engagement, and ongoing advisory, as described in your engagement letter.
Your engagement letter controls scope. Where it conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter wins.
2. What we do not provide
We are not a law firm, a public relations agency, a reputation-suppression service, or an employment adviser. Nothing we deliver is legal advice.
We do not remove, suppress, or influence third-party content. We do not contact anyone on your behalf. We do not guarantee any outcome, including a job, an investment, a placement, a search ranking, or any change in how a specific person or system perceives you.
Our analysis is interpretive. Reasonable analysts could reach different conclusions from the same evidence.
3. Consent and subject matter
We audit only people who commission an audit of themselves, or who provide explicit written consent to be audited. If you commission an audit of another person, you warrant that you have their written consent and will provide it on request. We may decline or terminate any engagement where consent is unclear.
4. What you provide
You agree to provide accurate information, including a canonical link that identifies you, and to tell us promptly if anything material changes during the engagement. Our findings depend on the accuracy of what you give us.
5. Fees
Fees are as stated in your engagement letter. [Deposit percentage, balance timing, billing cycle and late payment terms to be confirmed.]
Advisory subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days notice. Audit fees are non-refundable once research has begun, since the cost is incurred at that point.
6. Ownership
Your report is yours. On full payment you own the report we deliver and may use it however you wish.
Our methods are ours. Our frameworks, taxonomies, scoring systems, prompts, templates, and processes remain our property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them separately from your report, or use them to provide competing services.
We may reference our work with you in anonymised form. We will not name you or use identifying details without your written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your engagement, your intake information, and your report as confidential. We will not disclose that you are a client without your permission.
8. Delivery and revisions
Timelines are stated in your engagement letter and are estimates. Your audit includes one round of clarifications on factual accuracy. Disagreement with our interpretation is not a factual correction, though we will explain our reasoning and will correct any finding whose evidence chain does not hold.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on our analysis.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. If you terminate after research has begun, fees for work completed remain payable. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund fees for work not performed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Signal & Forma is organised. Disputes will be resolved in [venue to be confirmed with counsel].
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active clients and will not apply retroactively to work already commissioned.
